Managing a Difficult Employee

OBJECTIVES

At some point, an executive may have to manage one or more employees who has (have) significant performance, skills, attitude and / or behavioral problems. Often, this significantly effects the quality of work, customer relationships, and even work atmosphere and the management team.

These individuals consume enormous amounts of energy and force us to produce additional efforts which we cannot afford.

This course aims to identify a difficult employee, understand the distinction between a difficult employee and an employee who has difficulties, how to prepare and intervene when dealing with a difficult employee, in order to bring about change in their behavior and to implement preventive measures.
