OBJECTIVES
Companies are increasingly offering their employees the opportunity to quickly exercise a key role in their company’s success.
Thus, a company cannot afford an employee underperforming. It is, therefore, beneficial for everyone to develop their interpersonal skills.
This course is designed for executives who are looking to integrate coaching when they need to manage their staff. Participants will be called upon to carry out a structured reflection with regards to their professional activities and to identify the positive and negative impacts on them.
